Shipping

We ship to most EU countries. If your country or region is not listed, please contact us for details.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected, but generally take 1–3 business days for most EU countries (including Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy, and Poland, among others). For other destinations, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Shortly after, you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website. The transport company may also contact you to arrange the delivery.

Assembly

• Legend Siena and Legend Monza are delivered fully assembled – you only need to inflate the tires.
• Legend Etna and Legend Milano require minimal setup: install the pedals, adjust the handlebar, and attach the front wheel following our instructions.

Returns & Packaging

By law, packaging is considered part of the product. For returns, repairs, or transport, it is essential to keep the original packaging. If unavailable, the customer must provide equivalent packaging, up to 10% larger if necessary.
