    General return conditions


    You can send us your order back exercising your right of withdrawal within a maximum period of 30 days as long as the products have not been used, they are in perfect condition and in their original packaging.

    You must assume the shipment to the store of LEGEND EBIKES, located in C/ Industria 60 NAVE 6, 08291 Ripollet, Barcelona.

    You need to contact our Customer Service, through our contact form.

    Once the status of the merchandise has been verified, the amount of the item will be refunded including shipping costs

    The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account you provide.

    Return Policy for Electric Bikes with a 30-Day Trial Period and Up to 50 km Usage

    You have the option to return your electric bike within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

    1. The purchase must have been made through our official website.
    2. The bike should have been used for a maximum of 50 kilometers.
    3. It should be free from any dents, marks, or physical damage.
    4. The bike must be returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was shipped, along with all the accessories and documentation originally included in the package.

    To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact Legend eBikes via our contact form within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

    We will guide you through the return process and assist you in selecting an appropriate carrier. The shipping costs to return the bike to our warehouse will be fully reimbursed by Legend eBikes once we have verified the condition of the product, a process that typically takes up to 14 days.

    If the return conditions are met, we will proceed to issue a full refund, which includes the purchase price, as well as the original shipping and return costs. This refund will be processed via bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.

    Penalties for Missing Components or Poor Condition:

    In cases where the returned product is in poor condition (with dents, marks, physical damage, or missing accessories), we will deduct the necessary reconditioning costs from the refund amount.

    Additionally, if any components or documentation are missing, the following penalties will apply:

    • Lack of charger: 60 EUR deduction
    • Lack of key set: 100 EUR deduction
    • Lack of documentation and instruction manuals: 50 EUR deduction
