    How Does After-Sales Service Work?

    Most of our Legend eBikes are purchased online, but with us, local support is never far away — just an email or a phone call.

    If you need assistance with your Legend eBike, simply book a call or submit a request through our Contact Form. Our Customer Service team will guide you and work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.


    Step 1: Report Your Issue Online

    Start by reporting the issue via our website contact form or by phone.
    Our team will guide you through the next steps.

    Step 2: Remote Troubleshooting or Local Shop Support

    Our team will attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
    • If your bike is under warranty and requires spare parts, we’ll ship them to you free of charge.
    • If the repair requires a professional, we’ll arrange for a trusted local bike shop to carry out the work. Just drop off your bike — we’ll handle the coordination.
    • In some cases, we may arrange for your eBike to be collected and serviced directly by our technical team, also at no extra cost.

    Step 3: We Coordinate the Repair

    You leave the bike at the shop, and we take care of the rest. We’ll liaise with the technician, provide guidance, and ensure your eBike is repaired correctly. Once it’s ready, you can pick it up at your convenience.
