Return Policy for Electric Bikes – 30-Day Home Trial (up to 50 km)

You may return your electric bike within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The purchase was made through our official website.

• The bike has been ridden for a maximum of 50 kilometers.

• It is free from dents, scratches, or physical damage.

• It is returned in its original packaging, in the same condition as when it was shipped, together with all accessories and documentation originally included.

To initiate a return or request a replacement, please contact Legend eBikes via our contact form within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

Legend eBikes will arrange the pick-up of the product with our transport partner. The return shipping costs will be fully reimbursed once the condition of the product has been verified (a process that usually takes up to 14 days).

If all conditions are met, we will issue a full refund, including the purchase price as well as the original and return shipping costs. Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account you provide, within a maximum of 14 days after approval.

Penalties for Missing Items or Poor Condition

If the returned bike is in poor condition (dents, scratches, physical damage, or missing parts), the necessary reconditioning costs will be deducted from the refund.

Standard deductions include:

• Missing charger: €60

• Missing key set: €100

• Missing documentation or instruction manuals: €50

General Return Conditions – Accessories and Other Products

For accessories and other products, you may return your order within 30 days, provided that:

• The products have not been used.

• They are in perfect condition.

• They are returned in their original packaging.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will refund the amount of the order, including the original shipping costs. Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the account you provide, within 14 days after approval.
