We believe that choosing the right eBike takes time. That’s why we let you test any Legend eBike purchased on our official website in your daily life, commutes, leisure rides, or weekend plans.
If after 30 days or 50 km you’re not convinced, no problem:
- Contact us via our Contact form.
- We’ll help you arrange the return and select a suitable courier.
- Once received and verified, we’ll refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a full refund:
- The eBike must be purchased on our official website.
- Used for a maximum of 50 km.
- Free from visible damage or signs of misuse.
- Returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
